Terms & Conditions – Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery Policy

  • All delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, equipment availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible, safe, and clearly marked. This includes adequate space for trucks, stable ground conditions, and no overhead obstructions.
  • If the delivery site is inaccessible or unsafe, the driver may refuse to dump the material. In such cases, the customer may be charged a return trip fee or re-delivery fee.
  • Once material is delivered and dumped at the requested location, the delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for any damage to lawns, driveways, landscaping, or property caused by customer-requested dump locations.
  • Customers must be present at the time of delivery or provide clear instructions. If no one is present and instructions are unclear, the driver will use their best judgment. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with dump placement when instructions were not provided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All mulch, rock, and material sales are final once delivered. Because these products cannot be recovered or returned, no refunds will be issued after delivery.
  • Orders canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time may receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If a customer refuses delivery upon arrival for reasons not caused by our company, the customer is responsible for the full delivery fee and any additional return or restocking fees.
  • Any disputes regarding quantity or quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for verifying the correct product, quantity, and delivery instructions before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for color variations, natural inconsistencies, or differences in appearance of mulch, rock, or other natural materials.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms listed above.
